We do not process the return or exchange of Completed Subscriptions, any Paper Bliss, Paper Overhaul, Kitty Bliss or Swan Bliss.

If something doesn’t work for  you, connect with our  Team so we can make it right and ensure you are happy. We ask that you share any unwanted items with a friend or donate them to your favorite charity.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To be considered unused, products must be returned in original packaging without any missing tags or stickers.
