When will my box ship?
We typically ship off orders within five business days from the date they are placed. Monthly subscription boxes are shipped on the same calendar day each month as the original order date to maintain consistency. All of our shipments are sent via USPS for reliable and timely delivery.

Who are you?
Paper Kitty is a small, family-run business with deep roots. We began back in 2005 as a charming storefront in Clinton, Wisconsin. When the Covid-19 pandemic struck, we were unfortunately forced to close our physical doors. At that point, we made a crucial shift to focus entirely on online sales. Since then, we have relocated to Central Texas and continue to operate as a small business dedicated to bringing small moments of joy and delight to our customers every day.

Do you give to charity?
Yes, here at Paper Kitty, we proudly donate to various causes every single month. We provide our products to a wide range of different nonprofit organizations. If you would like to request a donation, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us with your request. We are always happy to consider and support meaningful initiatives.

Returns Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
Eligible Items
Most physical products may be returned, except stationery and consumable items (such as washi tape, stickers, erasers, paper goods, and similar items) which cannot be returned once opened or used, due to hygiene and resale reasons.
Digital Downloads
All digital printables and downloadable products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, as they are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned."
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and unopened
In their original condition
Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, damaged in transit) — we will cover return shipping costs and send a prepaid label.
If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@paperkittyart.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.
